The manager informed us that there was no hot water when we arrived and offered a refund. We opted to stay and it was no problem. The "hot" water was cool but not cold for a quick shower. Understandably it's difficult to get boiler service on a holiday weekend. For the price, breakfast was acceptable, room was sufficient for our needs. Very close to airport and manager gave good directions for returning car. Would stay again.

Breakfast was great although the eggs were a bit salty. Loved the outdoor pool. The water pressure/temperature was great, it got hot fast. The bed was definitely comfortable. Whataburger and a 24hr gas station was conveniently located right next door. The rooms looked just like the website states.

We love the convenience and location of this Quality Inn & Suites! Very close to some of our favorite restaurants! One is right next door! 🍔 Always a smiling and friendly staff! We appreciate the kind words from our previous review! Thanks! Once again our room was very comfortable, cool and clean! Breakfast was delicious! Wonderful value too! The hotel has good bones, but could use a more careful look at upkeep. The staff is concenial. The hotel is convenient for a stopover stay in the area.

The room was very nice, clean and updated. The bed was super comfortable and the AC worked great. Breakfast was good, I got there a little late so there was not a lot left but I did get some scrambled eggs and made a Texas shaped waffle.

I stayed twice two nights in a row the second room had a musty smell the service was great at the service counter but their breakfast leaves much to be desired no cereal bowls for cereal not really a great choice for hot breakfast other than that I was pleased

Friendly check-in staff! Our room was very clean and had a nice updated look! The bed & pillows were really comfortable! So convenient to DFW! Will be staying here again in two days! We look forward to it! Thank you! 😊

The staff was so friendly and accommodating, rooms were clean, quiet area, it was super close to our concert venue and near by fast food restaurants making it easy as a traveler to navigate to and from the hotel.
